“Uh oh. Stranger danger.”
Syn looked behind him but no one was there.
“I mean you. You just gonna stand there and stare, man?” Furious raised his head and turned slowly, pinning Syn with a hot glance.
“Name’s –”
“Yeah. I know your name, you told me already.” Furious cut him off. “Your cologne will give you away every time.”
Syn stepped a little closer. “Does it smell that bad?”
“Nope. Smells that good,” he said on an exhale of smoke.
Here Comes Trouble
“It took that long to get a sandwich?” Day looked around in mock confusion. “Ruxs, I’ve seen you both inhale a foot-long in less than two minutes.”
“What’s your point Day?” Ruxs snapped.
“He’s saying next time you two want to get each other off, do it on your own time,” Syn said around his own grin.
Green dropped his head into his hands. Ruxs knew he was a nice shade of red as everyone gasped and gaped at them. Vicki was laughing so hard she had tears in her eyes.
“W-what? That’s crazy. We weren’t doing —”
Day waved his hand in the air cutting him off.
“Save it Ruxs. You got more bite marks on your neck than Edward gave Bella.”
Don't Judge
“I’m gonna take Bookem for a walk and see if I can get a better look at the girlfriend’s place.”
“I’m going with you.” Michaels quickly plucked out a clean t-shirt and threw it over his head.
“No, you’re not.”
“Yes, I am.”
Judge stepped closer to him. “We can’t look obvious.”
“What the hell is obvious about a happy gay couple walking their big-ass dog in the evening?”
Judge’s head jerked back in surprise. “We’re not a couple.”

“Is it too cliché to say your smoking turns me on? I think it’s hot.” Tech’s hands were inside Steele’s leather jacket, his fingers digging into the muscles of his lower back.
Steele’s voice was low and gritty when he replied, “You like that, huh?”

She spent five years preparing and filing bankruptcy petitions for struggling blue collar workers who couldn’t afford to file with a lawyer. It was a rewarding and satisfying career… but another path called to her.
