Steele: Into Your Heart by Rie Warren - Blog Tour with Excerpt, Review and Giveaway

Steele: Into Your Heart (Book #3)

Brodie Steele is a badass MC dude. Ashe Kingston is a sexy police officer with an attitude. Their bad blood runs deep. But after they hook up at a wild biker week, can they keep their pact? What happens at Bike Week stays at Bike Week. Yeah, right.

Riding out the rough years following a family tragedy, Brodie is still trying to put his life back together when he finds something he never expected with Ashe. She annoys the ever lovin’ hell out of him, and turns him on so much he can’t see straight. He keeps coming back for more.

Ashe isn’t just a hard-nosed police officer. And she wants no part of Brodie outside of their no-strings-attached fling. There’s no way he’s settling-down material but he’s hard to resist with his inked sleeves and rebellious ways, not to mention piercings in places that make Ashe melt. Brodie Steele is dangerous, delicious, and suddenly determined to have her.

If there’s anything more risky than laying his heart on the line for this sexy woman, it’s Ashe’s job. It puts her life in danger in a way he can’t possibly protect her from. Can their hot bond win out over the bad blood of years past? Or will Ashe be taken from Brodie before she lets him into her heart?

The bigger they are, the harder they fall.
Coming summer 2015.

I stood next to my truck, giving Ashe the all-over once-over.
“Why are you looking at me like that?”
“Because I’m horny and you’re fucking sexy.” I kissed her with a deep lunge of my tongue, grabbing two handfuls of her ass and grinding against her. “And we haven’t had sex in years.”
“When did I say we were exclusive?”
“Oh, we’re exclusive all right. I’m pretty sure that’s what you agreed to in order to be with me. Dating. Monogamous. Exclusive. If you even think about backing out on it or doing anyone else I’m gonna tie you up to my bed until I get it in writing.” I licked down the side of her neck as her breath hitched.
“Really? Because I could probably arrest you for that.”
“Nice one. You already tried that, didn’t follow through.” Grasping her ass hard, I asked with a growl, “Tell me you haven’t been fucking anyone else, Ashe.”
“I promise, Brodie, there’s no one else.”
“You just like to screw with my head, that it?” I slid my hands down the back of her cut-offs, aching for skin on skin contact.
“That’s not all I like to screw with.” One of Ashe’s hands slipped beneath my shirt and my stomach muscles contracted. The other one traveled slowly over my seam-busting erection. “Anyway, one month, three weeks, four days, and seven hours since the last time we had sex is not years.”
My head beat back against the window of my Chevy and my hips thrust up into her light caress. My voice throbbed low, “See, you’re counting too. Let’s fuck. You know you want it, and watching you play pool makes me hot. Besides, almost eight weeks without sex isn’t just months for a guy like me. It’s goddamn dog years.”
“Where do you propose we do this?” She squeezed my cock.
“Truck,” I bit out.
“I am not fucking you in a truck. I’m thirty-one. I did that when I was seventeen.”
I raised both my eyebrows.
“And I have a better idea, like I said,” Ashe added.
I perked up at that.
Her hand against my hard throbbing shaft slid slowly up and down as she stood on tiptoes and set her lips against my ear. “Show me what you do after you drop me off at home, all hot and horny, because I know you think about me riding you, sucking you, fucking you when you jerk off.”
“Kinky,” I grunted, holding her palm against me.
“I would love to watch you stroke this thick cock for me until you come everywhere, Brodie.”
“Deal.” After boosting her inside the pickup, I hurried around to the other side.
With the seat back and the steering wheel tilted up, I waited for her to tell me what she wanted.
“Unzip your pants and show me.”
My breathing was out of control and my cock so stiff it hurt. I pulled open the top button and unzipped as ordered, watching Ashe watching me. Her hooded eyes glowed from the streetlights. A bead of sweat rolled down my chest and I tugged up my shirt. With one hand I reached inside my jeans and pulled out my dick, curling my hand around the base.
“What next?” I asked in a low rough voice.
“Balls too. I want to see your balls.”
I lifted them out and fondled them for a second.
“Gather all that dripping precome onto your fingers and glide your fist up and down your cock.” Ashe’s voice became even breathier. Her breasts rapidly rose and fell.
I did as she told me, grunting as I slowly stroked up and down. Ashe wet her lips with the tip of her tongue, and I groaned. When my fingertips ran across the frenny piercings she moaned softly. As I twirled the ball piercing at the tip of my dick, I looked down at the steely hard shaft flexing in my hand.
Rigid, thick, incredibly hot, my cock stood straight up from the base of blond pubes. I curled my fingers just beneath the bulging head and squeezed until more drops of liquid welled from the slit.
“Please touch me, Ashe.”
She shook her head. “I want to watch you come for me.”

“Then touch yourself.” My thighs were quaking, and I leaned my head against the back of the seat, pumping my hips and thrusting my cock up through my fist.

4.5 out of 5 stars

There's something about a book that starts out with a dirty talking, sexy alpha male going after what he wants that can just grab you and keep you reading. This is totally that kind of book and if you like men who talk dirty to you, well then this is the story for you.

Brodie Steele is one dirty-talking, sexy, leather wearing, tattooed and pierced alpha of a man. He also happens to be sweet, loving, a badass protector, and totally into those he considers his family. One week away from it all... this is what Bike Week is for those of the Redemption MC Club. With the rule what happens at Bike Week stays at Bike Week in mind, they are out for sex, alcohol and even a few drugs. But who does Brodie run into during Bike Week but the one woman that sets him on edge, Ashe Kingston.

Ashe is one badass biker chick during Bike Week but her normal life is as a police officer who happened to have arrested Brodie's baby sister. Brodie harbors some resentment toward Ashe because he sees her as the person that caused his parents death because of her arrest of Cat, his baby sister. In reality, Ashe probably save Cat from staying an addict or even overdosing. The heat between Ashe and Brodie is off the freaking charts, even with their animosity between them. They put each other through the wringer in this story. Between going back and forth with what they are to each other, and is this a good thing, is this a bad thing, that they end up hurting each other quite a few times.

While this isn't the best way to start a relationship, you can see there is more to them than the animosity and the hurt they toss at the other. There is real emotions that they just can't deny in the end, even if they're both scared shitless.

I've read all the books in this series and  this one is probably my favorite just for how sexy it is. Plus, the story has quite a few twists and turns and really digs into both main characters and what they want from the other. I really like that Brodie is such a badass but he's also this huge softie when it comes to the people in his life. My only quibble was how wishy-washy Ashe was a few times. I really didn't like how much she kept pushing Brodie away even when he'd not shown her any of the things she was so afraid of happening. I can understand where she was coming from because of all she has in her life, but it was a minor issue for me.

Over all though, this was a good, solid, and very dirty/sexy read that's worth spending time on. I can't wait to read Boomer's story and then the spin off series that will follow.
